Cakewaala understands that each celebration/occasion is unique, and the cakes that you order are equally special. They add a distinctive feature to the celebration.

Knowing the importance of a cake for a celebration, we cater to all types of occasions; hence you will find a suitable piece for your special day or for gifting it to someone special. Cakewaala has flourished over the years. We aim to offer our customers exclusive cakes that would be a delight to them. Cakewaala also takes pride in the novelty of products. We also offer All Theme cakes to our clients. Now with us going digital, you can order cakes for your special day without the hassle of carrying it back to your place. We will take responsibility and deliver it to you.

In accordance with the delivery option the user selected when placing the order, Cakewaala will make an effort to deliver the items to the receiver. The delivery location you specified will determine the delivery time.

Flowers can be sent in bud, semi-blossomed, or fully bloomed stages. There isn’t another address to which the delivery may be diverted.

We advise you to place your purchase at least 2 (two) days in advance of any festivals or important events.

Goods delivered by hand cannot be delivered alongside goods delivered by courier. The receiver may receive the merchandise on two separate days or at two different times.

For same-day standard-time delivery, orders must be received by Cakewaala before 4-5 hours, Monday – Sunday. For same-day fixed-time delivery, orders must be received by Cakewaala before 4-5 hours, Monday – Sunday. For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by Cakewaala before 8:00 pm, Monday – Sunday.

You understand that the delivery time requested is not obligated. The product’s availability and the location to which you want it shipped will determine when it will arrive.

Force Majeure Events may have an impact on delivery and cause delays.

We will get in touch with you proactively in such situations. You have to constantly check your SMS and email accounts for updates.

We only make one delivery attempt for perishable products like cakes and flowers. You will still be paid for the order even if the delivery is not completed during the attempt, and there won’t be a chance for a re-delivery. We’ll take a look at the sequence in which these situations were handled:

On-Time Delivery
Subject to the other conditions of the shipping disclaimer, we will make every effort to guarantee that the order is delivered within the set time window that you have specified; but, in certain cases, the delivery may arrive +30 or -30 minutes early.

Delivery of Products by Courier
Notwithstanding everything else in these terms and conditions, Cakewaala disclaims all warranties and representations regarding the delivery of orders that are made to be delivered by any third party or courier service. The goods will be delivered by courier, and their deliveries are governed by their terms and conditions.

Delivery to Ceremony Venues/Wedding Regulations
We might not be able to guarantee delivery to the bride and/or bridegroom when order goods are delivered to wedding ceremonies or marriage halls. As a result, you must give the information about the other person to whom the delivery is to be made in these situations. If the individual in question is unavailable to accept the order, we will make arrangements for the delivery to be made to a member of the bride’s or bridegroom’s family.

Please be aware that local vendors supply flowers, cakes, and other perishable goods to the delivery area. There’s a potential that some places won’t be able to receive our delivery of cakes or natural plants and flowers.

Considered Delivery
Cakewaala will make a single delivery attempt for each class or category of orders that the consumer selects. You will still be paid for the order and there won’t be a chance for a redelivery if the delivery is not completed for the reasons listed below. We shall examine the following circumstances (Deemed Delivery) when an order was executed:

incorrect address for delivery or shipment. Not available to receive. The premises are locked. recipient declined to take receipt of the package.
If the receiver is not accessible at the specified address, our delivery guy will attempt to get in touch with the client, who may then instruct the delivery person to bring the product to the recipient’s gate, reception, or neighbor. We don’t get in touch with the recipient in these situations since it would be unexpected. Under these circumstances, Cakewaala would not accept requests for cancellation, refund, or change. Therefore, we ask that you confirm the recipient’s information and availability before completing the transaction.

When a delivery is made successfully, a delivery confirmation will be requested from the recipient by a Cakewaala representative or delivery staff. The email sent by Cakewaala to the user or customer upon delivery or considered delivery of the goods should be enough proof of delivery if the receiver refuses to acknowledge delivery or accept it. This will help to resolve any disputes that may arise with the customer.
